***** Rosa M. is the owner & founder of Positive Power Plus (1994). Rosa Marrazzo has studied at the Hypnotism Training Institute of Alberta and has been in private practitioner since 1993. R. Marrazzo has been a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner since 1994. R. Marrazzo is a personal coach and group
facilitator. She is a member in good standing, of the
American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. ***** WHY A HYPNOTHERAPIST? Rosa Marrazzo was born in southern Italy in 1951. The oldest of 4 children, she had a very sheltered childhood. Her expected role as she was growing up was to be an excellent family member and because she was female to learn the arts of cooking, sewing and cleaning house. Her assumed roles were to get married and have healthy children, especially sons. The importance of school was mentioned but did not become important until her family came to Canada in 1958. Canada taught the family that education and opportunity was for both men and women. Her parents lived and taught by example: “that no matter what you do, be the best that you can be.” So she happily excelled at school and college and became a Denturist. She founded Fort Sask. Denture Clinic. She married and has three amazing children. Ten years as Denturist was both rewarding and profitable, but somehow not enough. By nature, Rosa likes many challenges and is always searching for adventure and loves to learn new things. So of course, life gave her many challenges. She sold the Denture Clinic and invested the funds in Real-Estate. She was now in the rental business. At that time, for her, Real Estate was not much fun and not much profit, because she wasn’t a good manager. Her first million already gone, it was now time to do something profitable. Or so she thought. It was time to learn about investing and money. She studied and became a Financial Analyst. She started to sell mutual funds just as the market began its’ downward dive. Not a happy time. More stress, more challenges. Therefore, life in general left her searching for a stress management solution. She desperately needed and wanted to learn how to manage my stress. She studied meditation, Reiki, Yoga and took many personal growth courses. All very effective and wonderful ways to manage stress. However, what works best for her is Self-Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. She finally found a tool that is not only effective for stress management but also for goal setting, goal getting and habit modification. With this too, and her coaching skills, she is able to help herself and many others. R. Marrazzo lives by the motto that “everyone is gifted and powerful, all one needs is to recognize and own their gifts and use their inner power. |
